We will restrict our equipment to the utility easement which may be located in the front, side and/or back of your property.

Will Grande Be Trimming My Trees?

If your utility lines are attached to poles, we will have certified professionals trimming trees located between the utility poles on your street. Branches will only be trimmed to clear the area necessary to install our fiber.

Will My Current Services Be Interrupted?

Grande’s network construction activities should not interfere with any of your current communication services.

How Can I Identify A Grnade Employee Or Grande Contractor?

All Grande employees and contractors carry identification badges. Grande service vehicles are also clearly marked with the Grande logo and a local contact number for your convenience.

Will Your Lines Be Underground Or On Utility Poles?

If your neighborhood has underground utilities, we will bury our lines in the same manner. If your utility lines are attached to poles, we will attach our lines to these same poles in most cases.

Will Your Construction Crews Restore Disturbed Areas?

Yes. Following construction, our restoration crews will be working in your neighborhood to clean up any disturbed areas.
