Richard Robuck, Vice President of Corporate Finance
Richard Robuck currently serves as Grande Communications' Vice President of Corporate Finance, managing capital market, investor relations, and corporate development activities. He has worked on three rounds of private equity transactions raising $80 million, a $70 million credit facility, a $136 million high yield bond offering, and four acquisitions ranging from $1 million to $170 million. Robuck recently lead Grande's private placement process, raising an additional $32 million of high yield bonds. Prior to joining Grande in 2001, Richard worked for Bank of America's Energy Group in Houston, LandCare USA, and StorageProvider as a financial analyst focused on capital markets, M&A, and business development. Richard earned his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the Jesse H. Jones School of Management at Rice University.
