Brady Adams, Vice President of Network Operations and Engineering
Brady Adams is responsible for Engineering and Network Operations for Grande Communications. Joining Grande in 2000 as Director of Engineering, he later provided leadership as of Director of Field Operations. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Adams brings insight into building and managing large Video, Telephony and Internet services networks that he gained with Nortel Networks. There he assisted many MSO’s and RBOCS with next generation technology deployments and network planning. Before this, Adams served Antec Digital Systems where he built and managed a technical support center and Engineering staff supporting MSO’s throughout the nation. Adams also owned and operated an engineering, planning and construction firm where he was responsible for some of the first deployments of HFC and large scale fiber optic networks in the southeastern United States. Adams is a long standing member of IEEE and SCTE.
